Privacy & Your Intellectual Property

You keep your rights to everything original you bring to Bestie™: your ideas, stories, frameworks, methodologies, manuscript material, strategies, and any other original content you submit. Using Bestie™ does not transfer ownership of that work to us.

The Blueprint Bestie™ produces is created for you, for your book and your business.

We process your information only as needed to:

• run the application and keep your account working
• generate the Blueprint and documents you ask for
• store your work so you can return to it
• send you your Blueprint and respond to support requests

We do not sell your book ideas, frameworks, questionnaire responses, manuscripts, strategies, or Blueprint content — not to advertisers, not to other customers, not to anyone.

Your content is never shared with, or made visible to, another Bestie™ customer.

Two AI services are involved when you use Bestie™, and only for the task described:

• Anthropic (Claude Sonnet 4.5) — generates your Blueprint from your questionnaire answers. Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service state that Anthropic will not train its models on inputs or outputs submitted through its commercial API, unless the customer explicitly opts in or content is flagged for trust-and-safety review. We have not opted in.
• OpenAI speech-to-text, accessed through the Lovable AI Gateway — converts your voice answers into text, only when you choose to use the microphone. OpenAI's API data-usage policy states that data submitted through its API is not used to train OpenAI models by default, and that API content may be retained for a limited period for abuse monitoring under its published policies.

These are the providers' own published policies as we understand them today. Their terms, not ours, govern what they do — we link you to them rather than making broader promises on their behalf. If we change providers, we'll update this page.

Inside our Supabase database and private file storage we keep:

• your account email and membership access status
• your questionnaire responses (including transcripts of voice answers)
• your generated Blueprint content and generation progress
• the PDF and Word versions of your Blueprint, in a private storage bucket

We keep this for as long as you have an account with Bestie™, so your Blueprint library stays available to you. Ask us and we'll remove your materials.

Voice input is optional. When you record an answer, the audio is sent straight to the transcription service, converted to text, and discarded. Bestie™ does not write your raw recording to a database, a file store, or a log — only the transcript is saved, as part of your questionnaire answer, where you can edit or delete it.

Bestie™ is a private, members-only application. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your approved email address. Every Blueprint, answer, and document row is protected by Supabase Row-Level Security policies that check ownership on each request, so an authenticated user can only reach their own records. Your PDF and Word files live in a private bucket and are served through short-lived signed links.

No system can promise it will never be breached. What we can tell you is that access is restricted by design, and we'll tell you promptly if something material happens to your data.

Bestie™ relies on a small set of third-party providers, each processing only what's needed to do its job, and each subject to its own terms and data-processing practices:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and private file storage
• Anthropic — Blueprint generation
• OpenAI, via the Lovable AI Gateway — voice transcription
• Resend — delivering your Blueprint email
• GoHighLevel — our coaching membership system, which tells Bestie™ which email addresses have active access
• Lovable — hosting and application infrastructure

Bestie™ is built for your book strategy — nothing more sensitive than that. Please do not enter:

• passwords or login credentials
• banking, card, or other financial credentials
• highly sensitive personal information, such as health, government identification, or similar records
• confidential third-party material, or anything you don't have permission to share
